COVID-19 NOTICE: The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has not created delays in our online order processing. However, there may be possible delays within local post offices (or in between transit cities). Shipments may experience delays due to social distancing and safety measures. This is our best estimate on the nature of delays happening during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We want to get your stickers to you as fast as we can, but delays can happen which are out of our control! A typical delay could be that a package is being held at the border or in customs before it is released to your local post office.
Please do not panic if your package does not show up immediately, it’s on its way!

We are a small business that is trying our best to provide great service to our customers. Please, don't take advantage of us by filing false claims. Thank you for your purchase, your trust in us, and your honesty.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW - RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY UPDATED JAN 2021
Our products are made to order so we do not offer returns for change of mind and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. For on-sale products, we do not allow refunds or returns.
Returns & Exchanges ONLY Accepted If Products Meet Following Criteria:
- Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
- If the product arrives damaged due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We require detailed photo evidence of damaged or defective products via email BEFORE we provide refunds or exchanges. Please send photos, along with your claim to:
- For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we MUST be notified within 7 days of order delivery or else we will not provide a refund or exchange.
- Not As Described
- If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product as described, we will honor a return for a full refund or exchange for a different item.
- Product Lost in Transit
- If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! The one condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure their address is correct.
We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to our Fulfillment Office in China. We do not cover return postage fees. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive back exactly what you paid for the product and nothing more as we offer free shipping.
IF YOU HAVE GIVEN WRONG ADDRESS...
We cannot change the address once the product is already with the shipping company. Any address, whether sufficient or insufficient, that you have placed while ordering is FINAL, since it is directly sent to the shipping company.
We ship from overseas, so we are not obliged to reship or give refunds due to any wrong addresses given. Please double check your address before ordering and paying.
Double check your building numbers, apartment numbers, special instructions, etc.
We are not obliged to give refunds or resend products due to any wrong addresses given.
IF YOU CLAIM THAT THE PRODUCT WAS STOLEN OFF YOUR PORCH or MAILBOX...
If the post office or tracking number claims that the package has been successfully delivered to the exact address that you provided to us, we are not obliged to give refunds or reship any products.
We are not responsible for what happens to the product once it has been delivered.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under specific circumstances where we have made a mistake will we consider issuing a refund. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Items on-sale are NOT eligible for refunds.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
