SO WHATS THE DEAL WITH SHIPPING?

Sticker Bombz works with merchants and artists from all around the world in order to provide you the best prices for the highest quality Sticker Bomb Packs. This means that your order is shipped internationally from areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way!

We offer international shipping so no matter where you are, you can still buy from us!

If your order hasn't shipped throughout the regular time frame, please reach out to us! We'll resolve it asap. Email: contactStickerBombz@gmail.com

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please visit our Track Order Page to track the status and location of your order

If it has been more than two days since your order has been shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at contactStickerBombz@gmail.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you! 


MY TRACKING STATUS SUDDENLY STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED? 

Sometimes, if you're buying from outside of the U.S, your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation!

If for some reason your order is never released by customs, contact us and we'll send you a replacement!

IF YOU HAVE USED THE WRONG ADDRESS...

We cannot change your shipping address once orders have been placed. Please ensure you double-check your shipping address at checkout!

(Check your building numbers, apartment numbers, special instructions, etc.) 

Once your order has been placed, it is forwarded onto the shipping company, so we have no control with changing the address.

We are not obliged to reship or give refunds due to wrong address entry.  Please double check your address before ordering and paying

If you used the wrong address and would like to retrieve your product you should follow respective procedures in contacting the logistics company and their local post office. Again, we are not obliged to give refunds or resend products due to any wrong addresses given. 


WHY IS THE COLOR OF MY STICKERS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE? 

Please note, due to differences in your monitor's color settings, the color you see on your computer display or mobile device may be slightly different than the print you receive. We print colors that are true to the original specifications and cannot alter the artwork. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

No worries! We are committed to providing our customers with good experiences and want you to be happy. We stand by the quality of our products but still offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, etc.). We also offer express checkout options through ApplePay, GooglePay and Paypal. 

Don't have a ApplePay, GooglePay or Paypal? No worries, you can still pay with just your credit card!

If you would like to order using your credit card, simply fill in your contact and shipping information at checkout and you will be asked for your payment information AFTER choosing your shipping option.
